About Rabbit

Rabbit is a WordPress module created in response to industry needs, with a development process spanning four years. Here, the module refers to a theme (White Rabbit) and plugin (Rabbit Hole) set.

Rabbit has extensively analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of all its industry alternatives over the years. While alternatives may resemble social media platforms on the surface, upon closer inspection, they tend to be slow, outdated, and weak. In contrast, Rabbit approaches true social media products (like IG, Reddit, Facebook, VK, and Twitter) with authentic reverse engineering principles, emerging as a fully functional, high-performance, secure, innovative, and robust product.

As mentioned, Rabbit's development took four years and includes over 300,000 lines of code, written by expert developers in PHP, Vanilla JS, TailwindCSS, and WebRTC. It employs an OOP, modular, and extendable coding approach.

Rabbit’s superior speed—up to 20 times faster than its competitors—is due to advanced database engineering. Unlike many platforms that use an INDEX - READ system, Rabbit stores serialized data in various locations, akin to real social media systems. With this method and fully integrated Object Cache systems, Rabbit is genuinely engineered to handle hundreds of thousands of hits, embodying a true product of engineering.

Why should I use Rabbit over BuddyPress (or BuddyBoss)?

BuddyPress (or BuddyBoss which is uses BuddyPress) is not a plugin that truly turns your WordPress site into a full-fledged social media platform; it just looks like one on the surface.

While BuddyPress provides basic features like a simple user feed, a basic notification system, and standard user profiles, it doesn't offer the advanced functionalities needed to create a real social media experience. To get those features, you have to rely on additional plugins.

Although some of these plugins work well, you often need to purchase multiple ones to achieve even a decent level of functionality. A major issue is that these plugins typically do not work well together.

For example, if you buy a messaging plugin and a story plugin (similar to Instagram's features) for your BuddyPress site, each plugin will only work on its own. You can’t reply to stories using the messaging plugin like you would on a real social media site. This is because they are created by different developers, and they do not communicate with each other.

You cannot achieve the functionality provided by Rabbit, even if you purchase every plugin that money can buy for BuddyPress.

Imagine you want to create a social media website using BuddyPress. You would need to buy a theme (about $70), a good messaging plugin (around $90), a story plugin (about $50), and possibly more. This could quickly add up to over $500 just to get basic social media features. Even then, your website may not function as a true social media platform.

Additionally, BuddyPress is known to be slow and outdated. Its database queries are not well-optimized, which makes it difficult to handle a large number of users and lots of data efficiently.

After All,

Rabbit manages everything seamlessly!

Rabbit can support thousands of live users and handle a large database in milliseconds, while BuddyPress often takes over 10 seconds to respond or may even crash.

The key to our performance lies in our fully object-cached OOP coding system. We do not create new database tables beyond the default ones provided by WordPress.

We understand how PHP and MySQL respond to large datasets and heavy loads.

Rabbit Hole comes with all the features you need already built in, and all of them can communicate with each other. There’s no need for separate payments—one plugin, Rabbit Hole, does it all.
