We’ve included many of these terms to legally protect ourselves, but if you have an issue, always feel free to email us at hello@rabbit.pw and we’ll do our best to resolve it in a fair and timely fashion.

1. GPL License and Trademark Protection

Rabbit (Rabbit Hole and White Rabbit) products are provided under the GPL license. However, "Rabbit," "White Rabbit," and "Rabbit Hole" are registered trademarks. Therefore, in cases of usage of the code, these trademarks must not be used, and the product must be rebranded. Failure to comply will result in your account on rabbit.pw being suspended, licenses revoked, refunds forfeited, and legal action initiated.

Purchases are a one-time fee. Full refunds are available within 3 days if the issue is caused by the Rabbit module.

4. Support and Updates

Support is provided via email for the period specified in your license package. Extended support can be purchased after the initial period.

5. Limitation of Liability

Rabbit Studios will not be held liable for any indirect damages. The module is provided "as-is" with no guarantees of performance under unsuitable conditions, as detailed on the documentation page.

6. Termination

If you violate these Terms, we may terminate your access to the Rabbit module and our services.

7. Security & Payments

All payments are processed securely through our Payment Gateway Provider Lemon Squeezy. Rabbit does not directly process payments through the website.

8. Ownership

The files you receive, including all PHP code, JavaScript, CSS, images, and other assets, are licensed under the GPL. Please note, however, that our trademarks, including "Rabbit," "White Rabbit," and "Rabbit Hole," are not covered under the GPL license. Any redistribution or derivative work must rebrand these trademarks to avoid unauthorized use. Failure to do so may result in account suspension, license termination, non-eligibility for refunds, and legal action to protect our trademark rights.

We may update these Terms periodically. It is your responsibility to review the updated Terms.
